制作隔夜燕麦的准备功夫:
1. 首先主角登场 -- 燕麦, 要是 rolled oat 哦! 不是 cereal , 麦片 。 两个是不同的哦 !
Rolled oats就是把硬硬的燕麦粒蒸过之后压扁,含水量大一点点煮起来比较容易熟。如果还放心不下可以从即食燕麦开始尝试。我喜欢用rolled oat, 因为不喜欢太绵密的口感。
2. 然后选任何你喜欢的水果。这次做的事纯蓝莓的,做过奇异果的,基本上都能搭配, 葡萄干、蓝莓干、dried cherry等,基本上都能加入。 都非常好吃,你就选喜欢的水果混搭就好了。开心就好 =)
3. 牛奶或乳制品一定要有。如果不太喜欢牛奶,也可以考虑用豆奶取代,但是一定要有一个比较稀的,液体乳制品类的。
4. 酸奶自行添加。虽说酸奶是可以选择不加,但是我觉得有酸奶的才是真的好吃,而且尤其建议希腊酸奶。我都适用plain 的 greek yogurt, 纯粹觉得加了nuts 类, 不同的水果, yogurt 就不要来抢镜头了。 =P
5. . 其他健康配料自行添加。奇异籽Chia Seed,果酱,各种坚果,有机坚果酱,自制果酱等等等等,都是非常推荐的配料。总而言之,选你喜欢的就行!
做法:

1. 制作燕麦层
玻璃瓶洗干净, 在底层先铺上一层燕麦。然后可以加一层你喜欢的水果和酸奶 (酸奶可以用果酱代替),再盖上一层燕麦。
2. 制作水果层
在燕麦层上再加一些你喜欢的坚果类,水果和酸奶(或是可以用果酱或者坚果酱代替),这一层可以加一些喜欢的配料(我自己是放了奇异籽Chia Seed),然后在上方缓缓倒入豆奶。有些人怕酸,也可以加入适量蜂蜜哦!
3. 完成顶层
接下来这步很重要!很重要!很重要哦! 要将容器在桌子上稍微敲打几下,看会有泡泡冒出来吗?把空气都逼出来。然后用叉子均匀戳一下,这步是为了牛奶把燕麦均匀覆盖住,因为如果没有均匀覆盖,可能不会熟哦。如果还有空间,最后在顶层再抹一层希腊酸奶,铺上你喜欢的水果冷藏过夜即可。
最后,女生早餐吃冷冷的好吗?我都习惯拿来室外等一个小时左右,没那么冰再吃。如果早餐吃不惯冷的,可以作为白天或者晚上的健康加餐。
